Free nexy day delivery in the UK

All orders placed before 5pm are dispatched with next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday before 5pm will arrive on Monday. Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday or over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

International CBD delivery

Unfortunately we don't ship outside of the UK directly.   

Cult Beauty and Beauty Bay offer competitive prices for international shipping to the US, Australia, New Zealand and India.  

Returning your CBD order

If we got your order wrong we will process a return straight away, however, all other issues wil be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to return any items, you must inform us within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours once the goods are received by BeYou - we suggest using tracked delivery to ensure our warehouse receives it. If we have not dispatched your order yet we will process a refund straight away.

To qualify for a refund, goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened and unused. If you have experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with BeYou before the product is returned.
